Elisabeth ist Musikerin und leidenschaftliche Unternehmerin. Sie hat lange erforscht, wie Künstler*innen denken und handeln, und schafft nun neue Möglichkeiten, ihre Erkenntnisse in das Innovationsmanagement von Organisationen zu übertragen. Für Zalando SE in Berlin baute sie den Bereich New Work auf und baute ein modulares Bürosystem auf, das skalierbar auf die Bedürfnisse von über 6.500 Mitarbeitern aus verschiedenen Disziplinen eingehen kann. Als langjährige Coachin an der School of Design Thinking am HPI Potsdam führte sie internationale Studententeams und Mitglieder verschiedener Unternehmen durch Transformations- und Produktentwicklungsprozesse.

Elisabeth is a musician and a passionate entrepreneur. For a long time she has been researching how artists think and act and now creates new possibilities to transfer her findings into the innovation management of organisations. For Zalando SE in Berlin, she built up the field of New Work and established a modular office system that will be able to respond to the needs of over 6,500 employees from various disciplines in a scalable way. As a coach at the School of Design Thinking at HPI Potsdam, she guided international student teams and members of various companies through transformation and product development processes.
