Museums in Europe and North America are facing a long list of challenges and have to ask themselves fundamental questions which determine how their futures will look like. They need to come up with concrete action plans, which lay out radical ways to change their structures: By bringing in diverse perspectives and creating accessibility on all levels. By moving beyond one-off symposia, exhibitions and other events by introducing sustainable shifts, sharing power and really start looking at society as whole.
